User Form:
Checks on User Form to Full Name and Email Must Fields. Also subscriber will have to select Atleast one group.

If User entered an incorrect email address in Email Field it will give Alert.
Groups Images, Name and Checkboxes coming from Database.

On Subscribing Automatic Thanks email sent to subscriber and unsubscriber.

Incorrect password will give error msg.

Some Features are disabled now, will be enabled in your copy of Email System. And join newsletter form can be modified according to your needs.

After Login page you will be here http://imraan.com/newsgroup/stats.asp and can do these tasks:

Group Members
Add Email
Add Group
Manage Groups
Logout

Group Members:

It will lead you to http://imraan.com/newsgroup/midselect.asp where you can View All Members and Add Newsletter in 2 Formats, html or text.

Clicking View All Members it will take you to Panel Page, where you can do several things.

Search Full email Address or search email by any keyword like “@imraan”

To go to next page you will select page dropdown count and Click Go or you can Click Show All to view All Members emails.

List of Blocked Emails:

List of those emails which will be blocked by admin, and Admin can Unblock any or All emails.

Extract emails by group:

You can view any Groups members by selecting that group and click Go and you can also download complete detail of all members of selected group in CSV format. And also can Deleted All Selected Group's Members.

Each email address has a Detail Button to see its detail that in which groups this email is subscribed. Click Detail button will show Detail in New Window. Where you will see that subscriber's full detail. like

Steering, Full Name, Email, Company, web, Country and Selected Groups.

For each Group separate repeating detail, and you can delete that Subscriber from any specific Group or Delete From All Groups.

On Panel page you can select one or more than one subscribed emails and can do 2 Things.

Block/Update: Selecting any email and clicking this button it will lead you to Blocking Page, where you will again select email and Click Update Records.

Send Email: Selecting one or more than one or All emails and clicking this button will lead you to Newsletter Sending Form, where selected emails will be in BCC Fields. Enter your name, email and change Subject. Select any saved Newsletter in Database and click Send. It will send that Saved Newsletter to all selected subscribers in BCC field. Once any Template is selected you can not add more text. Only saved Newsletter Template will be sent in email.

Delete All: Clicking This button, it will DELETE ALL Subscribers from ALL Groups. So becareful to Press this button, though a Alert Check on this button.

Add News Letter : This link is available on http://imraan.com/newsgroup/midselect.asp clicking Add Newsletter it will take you to Add Newsletter Form, where you will enter Newsletter Name for your reminder and A big TextArea to enter html or text and click Add. And Newsletter text will be saved in Database as Template.

Add Emails: On this page Admin can add email addresses in CSV or Line By Line format. Before Adding Admin must select a Group from Top. Add Non Existing Email as Blocked emails If admin selects this check box all entered emails will be saved as Blocked Email that Admin can also Unblock. Emails added by admin will not have any other detail so no Detail link will be Available on Panel page but Delete Button to delete that email.

Add Group: Admin can add new News Groups, Enter Group Name, Group Detail and Group Image for reference for admin and also on UserForm.

Manage Groups: Here Admin can Manage News Groups offered on UserForm, Admin can delete any Group or can edit. Clicking Edit button Admin can rename Group name or detail and also Admin can upload new Image.

Logout: Clicking this Admin will be logged out from Email Management System.

You will host this web application on your server and all setting will be set according to your needs. This newsletter system is perfect and now you don't need to have to manage your subscribed members Manually,
